In this one hour appointment, we discuss diet, lifestyle, and give in-depth education on the treatment chosen and what to expect. Labs will also be ordered, if needed. If one of the weight loss packages is right for you, this cost is included in your first month.
Semaglutide Package
$350 per month
Includes initial consultation, monthly follow-ups, monthly meal plan, exercise recommendations, medication and supplies to your door, ongoing provider support.
Tirzepatide Package
$450/month
OR $1250 for the first 3 months
Includes initial consultation, monthly follow-ups, monthly meal plan, exercise recommendations, medication and supplies to your door, ongoing provider support.
*Price covers up to 7.5 mg per week and is subject to increase if higher dosing is needed.
Oral Medications Package
$200/month
This includes monthly follow up appointments, monthly meal plans, and medication delivered to your home. *price will vary depending on the oral option that is best for you.
Oral medications we prescribe- Phentermine, Contrave, Qsymia, Topamax, Metformin, Naltrexone, Wellbutrin, Bella capsules and others. These medications may be used by themselves or added to the patient’s regimen. We individualize treatment to the specific patient as we know weight loss is not one size fits all for everyone.
